Cosplio
Privacy
Cosplio stores the information needed to share expenses with the people you invite.
When you sign in, Firebase Authentication provides your account identifier and display name. Space names, membership, expense descriptions, amounts, shared icon choices, and recent activity are stored in the Firebase Realtime Database for members of that space. If you enable expense notifications, Cosplio also stores your preference and a device messaging token used to deliver them. Invitation previews disclose only the inviter's display name and space name. If a member links an expense icon from another website, each viewer's browser requests that image directly, so the website can receive their IP address and standard request information. Cosplio does not process payments, sell personal information, or use advertising or analytics trackers. Owners can delete spaces, revoking access for all members and disabling invitations. Deleted space records and expenses are retained on the server; contact the app operator to request permanent erasure or account deletion. Before public launch, replace this notice with a policy reviewed for the operating organization and jurisdiction.
